Other MCP clients
VS Code, Cursor and other MCP clients that register themselves sign in at https://krusgraph.com/mcp/connect, not at the address for Claude. Krusgraph identifies the client by the metadata document it publishes (or, for a client without one, a strict registration), shows its own approval page with the client's name, its domain and where the answer goes, and only then sends you to Microsoft. Every call still runs with your own Fabric permissions, and nothing changes for Claude. Tested end to end: VS Code and Cursor signed in and ran tools here on 27 October 2026 and Lovable on 30 October 2026 (status set by Gustav on 2 November 2026); Experimental: Glama was tried here on 27 October 2026; it stays Experimental until a full sign-in is confirmed.
- VS Code (GitHub Copilot agent mode): in
.vscode/mcp.jsonor MCP: Open User Configuration,{"servers": {"krusgraph": {"type": "http", "url": "https://krusgraph.com/mcp/connect"}}}, then MCP: List Servers → Start. Because the answer goes to a program on your computer, the approval page comes back at each new sign-in. - Cursor: in
~/.cursor/mcp.json,{"mcpServers": {"krusgraph": {"url": "https://krusgraph.com/mcp/connect"}}}, then sign in from Cursor's MCP settings. If the sign-in stops on the redirect address (some Cursor builds register acursor://address, which Krusgraph does not accept: only https and local addresses), register Cursor once with its local address, curl -s https://krusgraph.com/oauth/register -H 'Content-Type: application/json' -d '{"client_name": "Cursor", "redirect_uris": ["http://localhost:8787/callback"]}', and give Cursor theclient_idfrom the answer as"auth": {"CLIENT_ID": "…"}next to theurl. - Glama: add
https://krusgraph.com/mcp/connectin Glama's MCP connector; it identifies itself with its metadata document. - Claude Code:
claude mcp add --transport http krusgraph https://krusgraph.com/mcp/connect(not tried yet).
The approval page and Microsoft's sign-in open in your own browser. A web filter on a company network can stop them (the browser then says the site "uses an unsupported protocol"); sign in from another network, or ask IT to allow krusgraph.com.
